Rates (Sony FX6 package + operator):

Hourly: starting at $300/hr (3-hour minimum)

• Duration: 1–2 minutes• Format: 4K, 16:9

Cinematic Video Clip Library

• 10 curated 4K clips (5–10 seconds each) A polished selection of short cinematic clips and simple, clean cuts designed to highlight the activation. Ideal for content galleries, future marketing, and advertising assets.

NOTES

• Dedicated drone pilot recommended for extended aerial coverage

• Drone flights depend on FAA rules, weather, and venue approval

• All music licensed for online/social use

• Turnaround Time Approx. 2–3 weeks, depending on footage volume and edit complexity.

• Travel fees, equipment usage, parking, permits, insurance and any additional on-site expenses required for the successful completion of the project were added to the final proposal. There will be no additional cost .

To ensure full cinematic coverage, especially for speeches, interviews, key moments, and clean secondary angles, I highly recommend adding a second videographer. This allows for:

A dedicated second angle during important moments
More dynamic and cinematic coverage
Improved continuity and smoother storytelling
Additional support for capturing simultaneous activities

If needed, a second videographer can be added as part of the production team.

For events with speeches, testimonials, or multiple key moments, adding an additional videographer ensures cleaner angles and a more cinematic feel.

ADDITIONAL VIDEOGRAPHER RECOMMENDATION

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before filming begins.
